Biography Floris Van Breugel received the B.S. degree in biological engineering from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, USA, in , and the Ph.D. degree in control and dynamical systems from the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA, USA, in History of the 304th Infantry Regiment.
